Cancellation Policy
Discovery Calls Discovery calls are intended to learn about your goals, brand, and project needs to determine if we are a good fit to work together. This session is for project discovery only. Detailed strategy, creative planning, or concept development is reserved for booked projects. Discovery calls are typically 20–30 minutes. Booking & Deposits All projects require a signed agreement and deposit to secure booking dates. Work will not begin until both are received. Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward the total project cost. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule a call or project, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Missed calls or late cancellations may require rebooking based on availability. Project Scope Project pricing and timelines are based on the agreed scope of work. Additional requests or revisions outside of scope may require an updated quote or additional fee. Communication Communication will take place through agreed channels (email or scheduled calls). Response times are typically within 1–2 business days. Creative Direction Hyped maintains creative direction over final visual execution to ensure quality and consistency with the agreed concept and brand direction. NIL & Compliance Hyped provides creative and content services only. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with school, conference, or NIL regulations where applicable.
